Crestline is a mountain community nested in the cradle of San Bernardino mountain, the population is about 35,000, most of which employed down hill. The average elevation is 3,500 ft. There are two major freeway to town, freeway 18 and freeway 138. The air in Crestline is fresh. Every breath is filled with pine cone smell, so good that you want to bag it and bring it back home. Lake Gregory is free access for general public. There are many activities, such as boating, water slide, swiming and exercise trail all around the lake. You can walk to the lake about a minute from the house.

The house is surrounded by big pine, cedar and oak trees.  Squirrel and bluejaysm are the frequent guests of our front patio. The house has 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. There are two kitchens, two laundries and bottom two bedroom has separate entrance. It is permitted to sleep 32 people. Currently, we has beds for 32 people. Grocery store and MacDonald’s are within walk distance.

The house has Verizon high speed secure wireless Internet connection.

This house has three levels:
- Top level living room, formal dining room with lake view, half bath, family room with lake view, kitchen with lake view, a deck with lake view, fireplace, two car garages with level entrance. There are 5 parking spots at this level.
- Middle level 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathes, one of the bedrooms has a private deck with lake view. Laundry room. – Bottom level 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is another kitchen, dining and live room at this level. You can park 3-4 cars off this level. There is a separate entrance to this level, from here you can walk to the lake within couple minutes.

The house doesn’t look that big from the first photo of street view, it is build down hill. It looks much larger from the bottom level.

The house is very clean. New carpet and new paint throughout. Two TV, two VHS, DVD player. Dish washer, oven, coffee maker, toaster and microwaves. What is provided? – Plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans – Lots of movies and games What you need to bring? – Towels and personal hygiene supplies – Food, drink, paper towel and garbage bags – Sheets and pillow case if you don’t want to rent ours.

Perfect for family reunion, church retreat or a small business group meeting.
