The condo is the main floor of an antebellum historic building right in the heart of the historic downtown district (between King and Meeting Streets), within walking distance of the Battery, the College of Charleston, the Market, the Aquarium and all that Charleston has to offer. It has hardwood floors, interiors created by a top interior designer, original award-winning art, Bosch appliances, washer/dryer, luxury linens, wireless internet and a fully equiped kitchen with everything you might need.
There is a gracious porch for your exclusive use and a courtyard garden for the house. The home has two bedrooms (one with a king and a second bedroom with two twins), the living room sofa also converts to a full/queen, and so has accommodations for 5 people. Discounts will be offered for longer stays. A fully refundable damage deposit of $350 will also be required (but returned to you upon damage review). Parking available by arrangement.
