Grand View Lodge is a BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS rental home nestled
between the pines on Peak 8 in Breckenridge Colorado. With 8
bedrooms and 7.5 baths, our vacation home is designed especially for
group ski vacations, family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats
or for those who don't wish to be limited by space. This home is
ideal for groups up to 24 or for adult couples looking for their
privacy.
This private home has an OUTSTANDING LOCATION only 600 yards from
the Peak 8 Ski area and BreckConnect Gondola, directly across the
street from the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and 0.5 mile from the
main street of town. The free shuttle stops right outside the house.
Set in a QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, the lodge has plenty of living space
with two large sitting areas and all the PEACE AND TRANQUILITY you
expect in the picturesque Rocky Mountains. Leather sofas allow you
the chance to relax and watch your favorite film on TV, or cozy up
to the river rock fireplace with a good book. In addition, we have a
gorgeous sunroom leading out to the outdoor hot tub. The new movie theater room has an 80” projection screen with 5.1 surround sound and Blueray Disc. Don't forget the backyard in the summer for a family barbeque, or perfect for
hosting the ideal wedding or family reunion.

partners in order to bring you discount ski lift tickets and rentals
saving you up to 50% off the normal prices.

The Grand View Lodge is suitable for groups up to 24 guests. The

Each of the master bedrooms have the following amenities:

are equipped with a shower only. Two of the master bedroomshave wet bars inside the rooms.

Nightly rates vary depending on the time of year, the length of your
stay, and the size of your group. Please contact us by email or

Our standard policy requires a deposit of $1000 ($2000 for Christmas
holiday stays or visits valued over $10000). The balance of your
visit is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Please contact us as
your travel plans solidify so that we may alert you regarding other
travelers considering the same dates.
We do not collect a damage deposit or charge additional cleaning
fees with the minimum night reservation. We do require that you sign
an agreement about the condition of the home upon your departure
and guarantee it with a credit card prior to your arrival.
