Grand View Lodge is a BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS rental home nestled 
between the pines on Peak 8 in Breckenridge Colorado. With 9 
bedrooms and 7.5 baths, our vacation home is designed especially for 
group ski vacations, family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats 
or for those who don't wish to be limited by space. This home is 
ideal for groups up to 24 or for adult couples looking for their 
privacy. 

This private home has an OUTSTANDING LOCATION only 600 yards from 
the Peak 8 Ski area and BreckConnect Gondola, directly across the 
street from the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and 0.5 mile from the 
main street of town. The free shuttle stops right outside the house. 

Set in a QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, the lodge has plenty of living space 
with two large sitting areas and all the PEACE AND TRANQUILITY you 
expect in the picturesque Rocky Mountains. Leather sofas allow you 
the chance to relax and watch your favorite film on TV, or cozy up 
to the river rock fireplace with a good book. In addition, we have a 
gorgeous sunroom leading out to the outdoor hot tub. Don't forget 
the backyard in the summer for a family barbeque, or perfect for 
hosting the ideal wedding or family reunion.

A unique feature is that we team with the Breckenridge Ski Resort 
partners in order to bring you discount ski lift tickets and rentals 
saving you up to 50% off the normal prices.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Grand View Lodge is suitable for groups up to 24 guests. The 
home has many great areas and rooms to socialize or have personal 
quite time. The lodge has:

Bedroom Amenities
Each of the master bedrooms have the following amenities:
  king or queen bed (one room has an extra twin bed)
  cable television
  personal thermostat and humidifier
  robes and complimentary toiletries
  
Five of the bathrooms have a tub and shower. Two bathrooms 
are equipped with a shower only. Two of the master bedrooms 
have wet bars inside the rooms.

Breckenridge, known as the perfect mountain town, has been home to 
amazing ski seasons.  The ski season is sure to please 
with one hundred fifty acres of new expert-only terrain, nationally 
televised events and unparallel events and shows that keep your 
vacation fresh and new year after year.

Enjoy skiing in fresh powder snow, snowboarding in the most dynamic 
parks, snowshoeing by moonlight, or a whisk across undisturbed 
country by cross country skiing.  Everything is at your doorstep at 
Grand View Lodge.

For those looking for other winter activities, enjoy a day at the 
spa, snowmobiling, dogsledding, scenic sleigh tours, snow tubing, 
horseback riding, snow kiting, ice climbing, mine tours and more.

In the summer enjoy true adventure in the picturesque rocky

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly rates vary depending on the time of year, the length of your 
stay, and the size of your group.  Please contact us by email or 
phone for quotes on our beautiful home for your next adventure in 
the picturesque Rocky mountains.  

Our standard policy requires a deposit of $1000 ($2000 for Christmas 
holiday stays or visits valued over $10000).  The balance of your 
visit is due 90 days prior to your arrival.  Please contact us as 
your travel plans solidify so that we may alert you regarding other 
travelers considering the same dates.  

We do not collect a damage deposit or charge additional cleaning 
fees with the minimum night reservation. We do require that you sign 
an agreement  about the condition of the home upon your departure 
and guarantee it with a credit card prior to your arrival.
