The building only a few feet from the ocean. As close to the ocean 
as 
any building in Hawaii.
 
 The views are dramatic from the 10th (top)floor corner 
apartment.This is the best side of the building.

This is the best side of the building since it does not look into 
the Condo directly to the south of the Maui Kai on the other side of 
the building. Instead there is an unobstructed north view down the 
beach from the side window.

This is a one-bedroom deluxe, ocean front, top floor, corner, air-
conditioned apartment.  Most Kaanapali small studios without air-
conditioning and only partial ocean views rent for more.

There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops, an island, 
Italian 
tiled floors. and a dropped ceiling with indirect lighting.  The 
bedroom features a King Size bed, large closet, bed side tables and 
dresser. 
New 50 inch LCD TV.
Tempurpedic Upgrade Mattress.

With the expansive views of Molokai and Lanai directly in front, 
there is a sensation of actually being on the ocean, a feeling of 
being on top of the world as you watch the whales breach and the 
rainbows and the sunsets. Views of the snorkeling reef are directly 
below.

Many guests say this is the best view on Maui.

It truly is spectacular. 

This is a non-smoking unit. Other Maui Kai one bedrooms accept 4 
people. This apartment is the same size but we limit occupancy to 
couples to maintain the quality.  A 25% deposit is requested to hold 
the unit. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Depending on 
bookings, special rates may be available for longer rentals during 
the value season

We rent the unit directly and do not go through the building rental 
pool. There is no daily maid service. The unit is clean upon arrival 
and a maid service cleans it when you leave.

There is a coin washer and dryer on the same floor as the unit for 
your convenience.

We can book a room in another unit at the Maui Kai at discounted 
rates if our unit is booked. Other Maui Kai units accept more than 
two people per unit You can check the Maui Kai rental pool web site 
to view the building and rates. Then call us to check on discounted 
rates.

All Maui Kai units have direct ocean views (not partial side views), 
they are air conditioned, and have access to the Jacuzzi swimming 
pool and cabana area. The cabana area has gas barbecues, a cabana 
kitchen, TV area, picnic tables, Internet computer and paperback 
library.
