Completed in early 2010, this stunning Adirondack home sits on a knoll overlooking Lake Placid lake. With four complete bedrooms, four full baths and two stall garage, Placid View Lodge is a short two minute walk to the Whiteface Club and Resort wedding gardens, beach, marina and tennis courts. The Great Room has a bright, open floor plan, cathedral ceiling, a wall of windows, french doors leading to a deck overlooking the lake, hardwood floors and river rock wood burning fireplace. The master suite has a jetted jacuzzi tub, dual vanities and a private balcony leading to a woodland retreat. The upstairs loft offers a cozy space for guests to relax and reflect while gazing at beautiful Lake Placid. The downstairs basement has a game room with full-sized ping-pong, pool and foosball tables. The basement living area has another river rock fireplace and a second wet bar for entertaining. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in this room. Included in the basement full-bath area is a wet/dry sauna, great for decompressing after a day of skiing or golf.

Kitchen is equipped with service for 10, Cuisinart cookware, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, barbecue. Two sets of washers and dryers are available. Beach passes included so guests are able to enjoy the Whiteface Club and Resort beach area.
