Vacation Rental Description

2 story fully furnished single family residence located 5/8 of a  
mile from the sand of Pompano Beach.  This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath  
luxury residence offers a resort style backyard which includes a  
private tropical pool area, arbored hot tub, covered patio with  
barbeque grill, and 4 car garage for 2 car  
covered parking,and Ping pong table.  Master bedroom offers roman  
tub, shower, large walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking  
pool. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full service kitchen with all new appliances, 1 refrigerators (  
with  
ice-maker), glass top oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster  
oven, glasses, flatware, cookware.  Big screen television in great  
room with DVD/VCR/CD/Stereo with speakers throughout house. All  
bedrooms have TV's and VCR's.  Central A/C and upstairs laundry room  
(washer & dryer). Private fenced in yard.  

Activities and Attractions

Nearby activities are as follows: 
*  Walk to beautiful Pompano Beach (1 mile), waterfront  
restaurants,   
pubs, pharmacy, ATM, fishing pier, grocery stores. 
*  Watersports include wave runner and boat rentals, charter  
fishing/diving/snorkeling trips and gambling cruises. 
*  Local deepwater dockage available at private residence within 1    
mile of vaction home for up to 30 foot boat within a mile of  
hillsboro inlet with no fixed bridges. (minimum $20.00, no electric  
hookups). 
*  Tennis, golf, running/rollerblade/cycling track. 
*  10 minutes drive to Fort Lauderdale activities which consist of  
famous shopping, dancing, and dining on historic Las Olas Boulevard,  
Riverfront, and Beachplace. 
  

Vacation Rental Rates

We suggest weekly rates for better pricing, however, we will  
consider  
nightly rates (minimum 4 nights). 
Rates are as follows and are subject to change until; 
 
*November through April $1800.00per week (us) 
*May through October $1100 per week (us) 
*Holiday weeks extra 
Nightly rates are $225 low season/ $325 high season 
 
Payment in U.S funds by check, money order, or Paypal (2.9%  
surcharge)
