and a stroll away from the fantastic beach. Many restaurants and 
bars as well as night clubs are in walking distance. In a walking 
distance to Art Basel, the yacht shows, and convention centres. The 
boutique stile apartment has a kitchen with stove and oven, 
bathroom, dining room, living room and bedroom. Italian leather 
sofas as well as a brand new mattress assure comfort. The building 
is gated with a gated private parking which makes your stay more 
comfortable.
