This spacious 2500 sq ft is conveniently located n the heart of hip Venice beach/ Abbot Kinney community.
Our home offers a private and beautiful live/ work space amongst the local shops, dining and beach life. This home defines indoor/ outdoor living. Enjoy our beautiful Japanese garden that runs along the 75 ft floating hardwood deck. The patio is perfect for entertaining guests or just having a relaxing summer evening. Next to the patio, the backyard boast a large play space for kids or great place to catch some afternoon sun.
The grand room has a huge vaulted wood beam ceilings, a huge gas fireplace and two stories of windows that allow for amazing light! Take a nap on the 9' couch and watch the palm trees sway in the ocean breeze.
The master bedroom, located in the loft, features a king size bed, walk-in closet, double shower and double sinks. The second bedroom features a double bed and extra long twin bed. The third bedroom is great kids play space or extra beds can be brought in for additional sleeping area.
