Beautiful waterfront Mediterranean style villa 3/2 on a deep water cannal off the New River with a brand new state of the art Sailing Yacht in the back yard available for charter.
The house has HD DVD, HD Satellite TVs, dual air conditioning zones, state of the art kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with in wall waterfall faucets, Persian rugs, all tropical colonial furnishings.
The house can also be rented with the additional charter of the yacht in the back yard. Please inquire for further details.
The Sailing yacht can also be chartered for the ultimate Tropical vacation for a 1 day, 3 day, 5 day or 7 day cruise down to the Keys or even the Bahamas. The charter can be captained so all you have to worry is enjoying the sun and turquoise waters.
The Sailing yacht has 2 air conditioning zones, full kitchen (microwave, freezer, refrigerator, full stove/burner), living room / dinning room area with suround sound satellite TV, DVD, and Bose music system, Desalination (turns salt water to fresh water so you never run out of fresh water), Generator, Solar pannels, on Deck Sound system, snorkeling equipment, dingy for shore transportation, all new state of the art GPS electronic navigation equipment etc.

vacation rental rates
Villa Only 3 bedroom 2 full bathrooms, plus one Air bed sleeps 8 weekly rates are :
- Non Holidays FROM $ 2,500 per week
- Holidays FROM$ 2,800 per week
- Taxes for state and county of 11%
- a cleaning fee of $180 for the villa and $ 250 for the villa and yacht
- a 4% processing fee is required if you pay by credit card
- Security Deposit of $600, which is refundable upon damage inspection.
- a 50% deposit is due at time of reservation non refundable. The balance is due 30
days prior to arrival. - Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM
- If the same party makes another
reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited
deposit will be applied to the new reservation
The yacht can also be chartered for a 1 Day, 3 Day, 5 Day or 7 Day cruise down to the Florida Keys or the Bahamas. Please inquire for charter info by phone or email and will provide all detailed information on rates, itineraries etc
