Surf vista villas is a newly constructed resort featuring four fully equipped villas with panoramic ocean, surf and mountain views. We're located on a small, private hilltop with no neighbors, only a two minute drive or ten minute walk to the white sands of Santa Teresa beach. Each villa has a large bathroom with hot water shower,  large fully equipped kitchen , a/c, ceiling fans, new posturpedic mattresses, wireless capability , panoramic ocean views , and lots of privacy and space. Santa Teresa sunsets can not be seen from a better location.  Mornings are peaceful and serene with daily visits from monkeys and exotic birds. Santa Teresa has consistent year round surf and many other activities as well , such as waterfall hikes, canopy tours and sunset horseback rides on the beach to name a few. We offer a full variety of surfboards for rent as well as the best surf lessons and sport fishing in the area. There are many great restaurants nearby, markets, bank, physician and urgent care.

one downstairs villa has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a double , twin , and sofabed in the living room .
the other downstairs villa and both upstairs villas are large studios with a queen bed and two double beds .
each villa has a large private bathroom with hot water shower and a private , fully equipped kitchen .
