In the heart of gorgeous Tahoe City, beautiful and spacious home with view of
magnificent Lake Tahoe. Private, gated neighborhood beach is only steps away; lovely
beach right on the lake, pier, bbq, picnic tables, lawn area, kids sandy play
area all included!! Four large bedrooms, 2 newly remodeled full baths and a
half bath are located downstairs. Upstairs has huge living room with huge
flat screen TV, beautiful deck, enormous well equipped kitchen, and dining room
with dining table that opens to seat ten comfortably and a bar/counter that
seats another six! TV with cable connection, DVD/VCR with lots of movies,
wireless internet and stereo. Kitchen is well-stocked with microwave, double
oven, dishwasher, many pots and pans, wine glasses and extras, spices and
staples too! Linens and towels are provided.
The house is located at 614 Olympic Drive in Tahoe City, just a mile from town.
We’re near Truckee River, Squaw Valley (with all its new shops and restaurants),
Alpine Meadows, Sunnyside and Homewood. The boat launch is about five miles
from the house. Summer rental rates are:
