Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator w/ice/water in door, elec. stove oven, built in microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans,silverware, dishes, everything you need.
Living room has 46" flat screen tv, and new furniture. Dining area seats 4 plus counter seating. Master bedroom has a king size bed , large walk in closet, dresser, private bath and 32" flat screen tv.
Guest room has queen size bed, large closet and private bath.
Enjoy the privacy of the screened lanai and beautiful courtyard.
