Just 15 minutes from Disney World is this lovely 5 bedroom, 4 bath villa with a private pool and spa. Nestled in an orange grove, guests can pick an orange from the backyard to munch on while enjoying a very private setting with a conservation view at poolside. There is a large patio surrounding the pool in the lanai which is equipped with two tables and several chairs making it perfect for entertaining. Access to the house from the pool area( which has a children's safety fence) can be made into the main living area or each of the two master bedrooms. The master bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and tvs with DVD, cable access, and private bathrooms including necessary linen. Parents with little ones can rest in the knowledge that the pool alarm system will be activated (if elected) should one of the children try exit to the pool unattended at any time. The other 3 bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and tvs enabling accommodations for 10 people. WiFi is provided to allow internet access.
The completely equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook with a large picture window and overlooks the formal dining area adjacent to the main living room. Tastefully decorated and adequately furnished, this is the perfect home to enjoy the many attractions in the area only minutes away including all Disney Theme parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, etc. not to mention the many shopping malls in the area. The house is only about 45 minutes from the Orlando airport and 1 hour from the beaches.
