Vacation Rental Description

This gorgeous condo is located in the heart of Old Town Vallarta.  Thearea is called Olas Altas and  
is located on Los Muertos beach.  It istruly in the most desireable location.  The 2 bedroom 2 bath  
(1500 sq.ft. ) condo is on the 6th floor of a 9 story condominium complex.  
Right on the beach. MY UNIT is on the Northeast corner of the building. 
 
It is beautifully decorated and completely furnished.  The view from 
the terrace is spectacular.  A full view of the ocean to the West and the Mountains to the East are  
at 
your fingertips.  You will want to spend many hours watching the wonderful sunsets and the passing  
ships from the terrace. The diving pelicans are also diving right in front of you.  There is a New  
condo complex right across the street (North) so the view of the church is no longer visable.  Such  
a pity.... 
 
The charming town of Puerto Vallarta is a short 5 minute walk and all 
of the best restaurants are no more than a 5-10 minute stroll in any 
direction.   
 
The living room is colorfully decorated and quite cozy.  The terrace 
is directly off the living room so the ocean and mountains are always in 
view.  If you are into cooking, the kitchen is the best.  New Rachael Ray pots and pans. You will 
want for NADA. 
 
The master bedroonm has a king-size bed and an ocean view.  And the soft sounds of the waves will  
put you to sleep each night.  The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and each bedroom has its own private  
bath.   
 
There are 3 color TVs in the unit and a nice CD, cassette,radio 
player..  There is a TV viewing area just off the dining room. It has 
2 very comfortable chaise lounges where you can catch up on the news or your favorite program.   
 
Located right in front of the condo, on the beach, are 20 Palapas to shade you from the sun.  It is  
so much fun to sit out there, enjoy thevenders and just kick back. If you are not into the beach,  
there is awonderful pool on the top of the building. 
 
There is daily maid service (except Sunday) and Manuela is the lady 
who has been taking of the 6th floor for the past 18 years.  (She 
doesn't do dishes.)  We have 24 hour security and the staff of people 
who keep the building going  will do everything they can to make your 
stay wonderful
