This is a ninth floor apartment in the heart of London in
Westminster near the Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. It is a
1000 square ft Apartment located in a new development on the bank of
River Thames with all the latest comforts and facilities including a
24 hrs concierge for our guests'convenience, safety and security. A
secure underground parking space is available if you decide to hire
a car while in London.

The apartment is tastefully decorated to corporate standards. It
comprises of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has an en
suite bathroom with shower and a bath. Second bedroom is furnished a
standard double bed and an extra bed. There is also available on
request a cot/crib for babies and toddlers .The lounge is spacious
with its double sofas and comfortable dining area.
It has an open plan integrated kitchen with all the modern
imaginable facilities. The apartment also boasts balcony for better
views of London.

We provide a WiFi internet connection.The TV isa also available in
the lounge.We can also provide a set of mobile phones ( Pay as You
Go) to use while in London . Included in the price are towels &
linen. All the cutlery and utensils are provided too.

The location is ideal for both tourists and corporate visitors as
all the major tourist attractions are a stone throw away from the
apartment.

The Tate Gallery is just opposite the apartment building. Downing
Street, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, London
Eye, all but just a few of the attractions which are within 5-25
minutes walking distance. The Shopping area of Oxford Street, Regent
Street and Bond Street is just 1 mile away while the Financial
district and the City of London are 2.5 miles from the apartment.
All the major political offices including the Victoria offices are
1/2 mile way. There are two underground stations for travelling in
London and Waterloo International is just 1/2 a mile.

There is a convenience store in the building and a 5 star hotel (
The Riverbank Park Plaza) is next to the development. You can check
their web site through google to compare how much you are saving for
almost the same service.A larger supermarket is nearby if you
require larger amounts of groceries. It is cozy, convenient, modern,
and available.

London is at your disposal.

5 minutes walk from The Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, London Eye,
Downing Street, Trafalgar Square, Tate Gallery and most other
central London attractions. Close to Vauxhall and Victoria station.
Also to the London Underground. Building has got a convenience store
providing essentials. Theaters and cinemas are a stone throw from
the location. It is very central.

London is at your disposal. Local Gyms and pools are nearby. Kids
park is across the apartment by Westminster Abbey.

The Apartment is available for minimum of a 4 Days and maximum of
six months. The price varies according to the season. The guidelines
are as follows:
