This apartment is located on Central Ave, a street that did not flood during our recent Superstorm Sandy, and the apartment suffered no damage. The boardwalk and spacious beach (we still have our dunes, fortunately) at 20th Street is one short block away. Apartment is within walking distance to rides, shopping, restaurants. The apartment is well maintained and offers a superb location at a reasonable price, located in a residential area. The apartment has a front porch and rear patio and picnic table. The apartment has a tile bath with tub/shower, and a bath with shower stall. Parking is on the street (no meters). Rental is a non-smoking unit for responsible adults and families.
