Vacation Rental Description

This luxury secluded executive home, situated only eight miles from 
Disney, with its fully screened heated private pool, is an ideal 
base for your holiday.  Great care has been taken to furnish, equip 
and decorate this home to the highest standards.

The community has a large pool with barbecue facilities, basket 
ball, tennis courts and children's play area all located within 100 
yards from the house. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are only 
a few minutes drive away.

The welcoming Den is a peaceful area which allows you to escape from 
the throng whilst still being able to keep an eye on the children 
enjoying themselves in the pool.

The tastefully decorated, light and spacious family room has a 31" 
cable TV, VCR.  The French doors opening onto the pool deck make 
this an ideal setting for relaxing in comfort after a tiring day at 
the attractions.

Dine in style in the beautiful formal setting, directly accessible 
from the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you 
could wish for including a full sized cooker, microwave, dishwasher, 
waste disposer and a large fridge freezer with automatic ice maker 
(endless ice for those long cool drinks). Off the kitchen is a 
utility room with a large washing machine and tumble drier.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, a huge walk in closet 
and French doors opening onto the pool area - ideal for that early 
morning swim.

The impressive en suite bathroom, off the master bedroom, has his 
and hers vanity units, a separate toilet, a roman bath and an extra 
large walk-in shower.

The second, totally private bedroom, with queen sized bed and large 
closet, has its own en suite bathroom with a toilet, vanity unit and 
walk-in shower and separate access to the pool deck. 

The third bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet.  This bedroom 
shares the adjacent third bathroom.  The fourth bedroom with 
televsion offers a full / twin bunk bed.

The large (30 ft.) South facing, fully screened and heated swimming 
pool is surrounded by an amply furnished patio area providing plenty 
of space for sun bathing.  A veranda, adjoining the patio, provides 
a large shaded area for alfresco meals, or that relaxing cool 
drink.  Outdoor cooking is made easy by the BBQ installed in the 
large fenced garden.

ing, boating, golf, tennis, basketball, children's play area  , 
shopping, restaurants, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming and 
major theme parks. Located on Highway 27 with easy access to 
Tampa/Clearwater/St Petersburg to the West, or Orlando/Daytona/ 
Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Center to the East within an hours 
drive.
