Why spend a fortune on a 4* hotel, when you can live in your own private luxury townhome? We spent many hours in deciding where we should purchase our vacation home. Encantada was, by far, the best appointed resort we could find. You will not be disappointed if you book our home. 

Ecantada resort is an adult and family-friendly gated community only 10 minutes from Disney. In addition to your own private pool with the home, you will receive the complimentary use of a 9000 square foot clubhouse that features two pools, two hot tubs, a free internet cafe, game room (arcade games, ping-pong and pool), gym, gorgeous lounge and children's playground. There is a catch and release lake, surrounded by a scenic walking trail. Other resorts charge a fee for use of the clubhouse/pool.

***New Update - new leather furniture in the living room and new laminate floors in all of the bedrooms as of July 2011. Our home is now hypoallergenic, having no carpet anywhere.

Our beautiful and peaceful home comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, new flat-screen plasma HDTV featuring Directv HD digital programming. There are three region-free DVD players, with the use of over 40 DVD movies, and free WiFi. There are two master bedrooms, one upstairs with a king bed and tv/dvd, and one with a queen bed on the ground floor. The other two upstairs bedrooms feature two twin size beds in each room. Sleeps up to 8 people. Enjoy a sun-filled day in a screened lanai with a south facing pool for maximum sunbathing time. We also provide the free use of a high chair and crib/playpen. 

Our home is one of the most quiet and private locations in Encantada. Large areas of grass behind and to the side. We are not overlooked by any neighbors. The perfect getaway! You choose - the parks or stay home in your own oasis and relax, or both!

For you golfers - There are many championship type courses all over the Orlando area, including Championsgate only a few minutes away.

Our home is literally only 10 minutes from all of the Disney parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Typhoon Lagoon etc.).  In addition, we are convenient to Sea World, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Wet 'N Wild (20 mins). The warm waters of the Atlantic or the Gulf of Mexico are about an hour away in either direction. The Kennedy Space Center is about 90 minutes East.

Our home is conveniently located close to a Publix grocery store, McDonald's, Houlihans, Olive Garden, Carrabbas, Chick-fil-A, Super Target, WalMart, pizza, Subway, Ponderosa, Golden Corral and even a local Indian restaurant! Only minutes from the best British fish and chips and Indian food in the area.

*plus 13% tax (6% FL sales tax and 7% Oscela County resort tax) and a $95.00* cleaning fee. Pool heat (recommended from Oct-March) is $25* per day, or $95* per week. We feature a one-time insurance fee of $49* to cover any damage (only available to US and Canadian residents. Others we charge a refundable $250 security deposit).

Renters need to be 25 or older. There will be a one time charge of $49 for a damage waiver fee added to all bookings. There is absolutely no smoking inside the unit and on the pool deck. No pets allowed. The maximum number of occupants cannot exceed .

Encantada Resort is an adult and family friendly community. No parties of any kind are allowed. 

Major holidays are higher than Maximum rate quoted (Easter, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years). Please contact us for a quotation.
