(futon). 3.5 baths, large kitchen and eating area allowing lot's of
space to visit with family and friends. Short walk across the street
to ski slopes. Two large family rooms, one with a bar. Large decks with plenty of outdoor furniture and large hot tub. The house sits a few feet from Crippled Creek, adding special ambiance to this house's unique character.

Please add 12% sales and hotel tax, a $20.00 reservation fee, $53 hot tub service fee for 3-4 nights or $106 for 5-7 nights to the above rates.
Reservations: 50% of total rent is due within 10 days of making your reservation. The rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival payment must be made in full by credit card. Personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of arrival.
A $30.00 bank charge will be assessed on all returned checks. If final payment is not made within 30 days of arrival the reservation may be cancelled and any advance deposit forfeited if the property is not able to be re-rented.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival in order to retrieve the initial deposit less a $75.00 handling fee.
Reservations are limited to family groups. Sororities, Fraternities etc. are not allowed. You must be 24 years of age to execute a rental agreement.
Check in time is 3:00 PM, check out is 10:00 AM. You will be instructed where to pick up keys and what to do if arriving late at the time you book the property.
