We were very pleased with the rental and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a rental in the Tempe area. This is the cleanest rental that we have ever rented. The owners were very accommodating. The property is very close to a walmart and the airport. Would rent it again.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Owners response: We personally clean the property after each guest and, as mentioned in other responses, strive to keep it maintained as if we were living there. Little extras our guests receive are new pillows and matress covers for each new contract.

The house is great! Clean, homey and has everything you need. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. I was there for a week with friends and we had everything we needed. We stayed as I was doing the Ironman race in Tempe the location is perfect for the race location and close to everything and 10min from the airport. I would for sure stay again or suggest this to people I know.

Owners response: Our property is indeed very convenient for the Ironman. It is also very convenient to downtown Tempe and ASU. Regarding the condition and cleanliness we work diligently to maintain the property as if we were living there, this review is evidence of that philosophy. Just a comment regarding the Ironman, those interested in the property for that event should make contact as early as possible, we usually are booked already by April or May for that event.

Great Stay and Location

Walt and Maize were wonderful hosts during our stay to Tempe for my daughters college graduation.
This property was very comfortable for a family of 4.
Property has all the needed pots and pans to prepare your own meals if you like to stay in at night. Walt and Maize even went as far as to purchase a new BBQ grill for the house when they found out that we like to BBQ often.
The house is in a nice quite location with plenty of shopping within a few blocks. There is a shared community pool that is well maintained with fruit trees for your favorite frosty beverages.

We would love to stay there in the future again!!!

Thank you Walt and Maize....you made this a great trip for us!!!
