the Beltz Outlets Shopping Mall; 20 minutes from Isla Verde Strip
Hotels and casinos; 28 minutes from Condado Strip Avenue; 20 minutes
from the only tropical rainforest in the Caribbean El Yunque; 29
minutes from Old San Juan ; 1.5 hours from the beautiful Camuy
caves: 35 minutes from Ron Bacardi distilary; 25-35 minutes from
fajardo Bio-luminescent Bay; 2-35 minutes from beautiful golf

- $1000- 1500 per week (seven days and six nights); $200 per
additional night ; $4,200 per month; special rates for more than 8
nights

- A $350.00 of rent deposit ( Non- Refundable) is required to
confirmed the reservation.

- Sleeps 6 - a $50 per day additional charge will be included for
every additional guest up to 8 guests.

- Ck- in 3:00 PM - Ck Out 11:00 AM Late ck. out $50.00 fee until
2:30 PM

Additional costs per week due at check-In:

- A $200.00 Security Deposit (Refundable). It will be returned
before three working days of the check out date.

- A $75.00 weekly or weekend Electricity Fee (Non-refundable)
- A $75.00 Cleaning fee (Non-Refundable)
