Located in the most desirable building – Building One - which is the closest to the beach in the  4 building resort complex, our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is one you'll love calling your home away from home!  Our villa offers a very calming, relaxing  decor with  wood (pergo) and tile flooring throughout (no carpet anywhere!), gorgeous granite counters in the fully equipped kitchen,  new 32" LCD TV with DVD player in living room, 19" LCD wall mounted TV in Master as well as a third TV in the 2nd bedroom. ....the list goes on! Stay in our ultra clean villa and experience the amenities of an upscale resort at an affordable price!  Wireless Internet - free for our guests during your stays!  No need to go to the "public areas" to have internet access!

In less than a  5-minute stroll over the resort’s scenic boardwalk, you’ll enjoy one of the prettiest, most private and least crowded beaches on the island.  It's never crowded because  our property is bounded by the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Golf Course on one side and the Folly (inlet) on the other side. If you don’t care to walk, the resort's own courteous and friendly security staff  offers  a complementary shuttle to and from the beach every hour.  While at the beach, grab some refreshments (or use the restrooms) at our beachside cabana grill, Coco’s or enjoy a game of volleyball!  The Island Grill/Deli, located by the pool in the center courtyard of our building also has an internet café, convenience & gift shop as well as bike rentals. 

Overlooking the resort’s largest pool  from our villa's entrance and a glimpse of one of the resort's many lagoons from our balcony, our quiet top floor villa is conveniently located near the elevator for quick access to the resort’s amenities & the beach.   There are 6 lighted tennis courts, 2 outside pools, an indoor heated pool in our Atrium Bldg (Bldg 3) along with a kiddie pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise equipment and  1/10 mile indoor track for rainy days or relaxing evenings.  Reserve a time for a game at the newly installed badmitton courts in the courtyard of Building Two.  The amenities at our resort are some of the most offered by any resort on the island and they are all available for your use absolutely FREE as our guests!

Our villa has sleeping accommodations for six with a super comfy queen size bed in the master, 2 twin size beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Luxurious bath towels and bed linens are provided  as well as kitchen and bath necessities.  There is no need to buy or bring beach chairs or an umbrella as we have them in the villa ready for your use along with a handy beach cart.  Hilton Head boasts 200+ restaurants but if you prefer to prepare your own meals, our villa’s kitchen will not disappoint you.

Our 24 hour roving security guards, manned gated entrance, and video cameras of all common areas insure the safety and trouble free experience you want for your family.

Summer :  May 25 - September 7    $815/wk (weekly rentals preferred  but Nightly rates are  @ $155/nt   when scheduling permits)

Fall:          September 7 - November 30   $675/wk........($125/nt - 3+nights)
Winter :    November 30 - March 1:   $575/wk .............. ($110/nt - 3+nights)
Spring :     March 2 - May 24     $675/wk   .................. .($125/nt - 3+nights) 

Snowbird rentals during Winter season only @ $1200/month plus utilities & $150 cleaning fee.

  Inquire about our  2 night getaway stays (when available)  - add $25/nt  to the  above nightly rates plus an $85 cleaning fee.

An $85 cleaning fee plus 10% state/accomodations tax will be added for ALL stays.  ALL stays include linens, towels, starter supply of paper products, cleaning supplies & soaps.  Beach towels are not provided.

 A $200  REFUNDABLE security/reservation  deposit reserves your vacation.  Total amount of rental due 30 days prior to occupancy date.

Our weekly rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday. If you have different needs, check with us - we may be able to accommodate your needs, depending on our scheduling availability.
