vacation rental description
Our beachside condo is situated a few steps from the beautiful Manasota Key Beach, the sea and pool can be seen from the main bedroom. There is a heated commuity pool. Plus a hot tub, tennis court and boat dock too. There are restaurants and a couple of shops within walking distance. The beach is quiet as there is no public access. It is on the second floor and has a loft area with two beds.

condo rental amenities
The condo has three bedrooms, one in a loft area and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there are three tv's and a dvd player. The first bathroom has a shower and the second has a bathtub and shower. There is a glass enclosed lanai. The complex has a heated pool and hot tub. And also a tennis court and boat dock with lovely views over Lemon Bay. The condo is on the second floor but there is an elevator and parking is right by the condo. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two bedroom have twin beds in each. The lanai has seats and a table and a cupboard full of chairs and everything you need for the beach!!

activities and attractions in Manasota Key Gulf Coast South
There are plenty of golf courses nearby, tennis court on the complex and a short walk to restaurants and a convenience store and beach store. The public beach is a short walk away with basketball, volleyball and water sports in the summer months. Orlando is a 2 and half hour drive away, Tampa is 1 and three quarter hours away, and Port Charlotte with restaurants and a mall is about 25 minutes away. Sarasota and Venice are also within easy reach. Ellenton outlet mall is a 50 minute drive. The beach is glorious and unspoilt not many people as there is not public access, lovely walks and shell collecting.

There is a deposit of $100 to secure a booking and full payment eight weeks before arrival. There is a refundable security deposit of $400 paid to our management company on arrival.
12%Florida Sales tax and there is a cleaning fee of $100 payable.
