This brand new home in a gated Golf Course community offers you 3 bedrooms + a den with 2 baths and comfortably sleeps 6 or 7 ! The home has a full kitchen / dining room / living area and large extended lanai with outside living space and eating area + double garage. Lanai overlooks golf course and lake. This golf community in Magnolia Landing is highlighted by an 18 hole championship course designed by Gordon Lewis and also offers a fitness centre with pool.
The home also has a large screen tv in the living room as well as a flat screen in the master bedroom, a large king size master suite, all linens and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The second and third bedrooms boast a queen size bed as well as
two singles. The office has a futon that can sleep overflow guests.
Newly built Magnolia Landing is a gated championship 18 hole golf course community. Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green,
chipping areas as well as a 10,000 sq ft Country Club with restaurant,lounge and pro shop. There is also a 5,000 sq. ft fitness centre with strength, cardio and an aerobics room. There is also a generous lap pool at the fitness centre.
