725 Pine Street -- Designer Furnished !! in San Francisco

1-Week minimum rental:  With two units available for rent, please inquire as to current availabilty of each.  These designer-furnished flats are absolutely lovely, with hotel-quality amenities and linens.  The comfortable Living area with large sofa and lounge (a double bed when needed) boasts a hi-def flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player.  The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, microwave/convection oven, coffee machine and all the utinzels and supplies you would need to prepare meals.  The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, desk in a private alcove, and a huge mirrored closet.  The tiles bath has a glassed shower and offers an in-unit washer/dryer machine.  Wireless Internet is provided.  You couldn't ask for nicer appointments!!  (If you need a 2-Bedroom, be sure to inquire).

The units have all the kitchen equipment and amenities one would need to make and serve a gourmet meal -- the only thing missing is a dishwasher -- dishes, flatware, pots 'n pans, mixing bowls...  and lots of markets to choose from (be sure to go to the Ferry Building for Saturday's Farmer's Market).  Linens and towels are hotel-quality.  A European combined washer and dryer is in the unit for quick and easy laundry.  For those requiring a car (tho not recommended, as everything is within easy walking distance), a parking garage is available only one block away.

We're located kitty-corner from the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and you couldn't ask for a location more in the "Heart of San Francisco"!!  We're located on Nob Hill one block away from both Cable Car lines.  A short two-block walk down the hill takes you to the shopping mecca of Union Square. The Theatre District and Yerba Buena's many museums are only a couple blocks further.  Chinatown and the Financial District are a just two blocks down Pine Street.  And of course within four blocks of the flat are probably over 30 restaurants.  Hopping onto the Cable Car will take you up and over Nob Hill to Fisherman's Wharf and the ferry boats.  This is City Center at it's best!!!

Currently asking 1-Week minimum.  Depending on the right term, we're flexible in our pricing.  We prefer weekly and monthly stays, but can consider reasonable requests.  And you won't find more "Bang for your Buck" than the luxury of the Lambourne!!!  (Be sure to ask about our 3-Bedroom home in the Castro/Market Street area).
