Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful villa is on the 5th hole of the Lakes Course in Palm   
Aire Country Club overlooking the fairway.  Since this is a villa,   
there are no stairs to climb and there is noone above you or below   
you. THe unit offers newer ceramic tile throughout but both bedrooms have carpeting. The  
masterbedroom has a king size bed, the front bedroom has a full size bed, and the living room has a  
pull-out queen size sleeper sofas.     
This villa has cathedral ceilings and a ceiling fan in each room.   
This unit has a full laundry room and a garage. The garage is large   
enough for a car, golf cart and plenty of storage.  The beautiful   
assocation pool which borders the golf course is heated and is only   
250 yards from the front door.  The pool area has a clubhouse, party   
room and shuffle board.  There is no smoking allowed in this unit.   
This unit is very clean and is in a great location.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished with newer furniture in the masterbedroom, living room and dining room. Huge walk-in  
closet in master bedroom. There is a large TV in the living room and a small TV in the master  
bedroom.  This unit has all appliances, cookware  and dishes.  All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets,  
towels, etc..)  provided.  Ironing board and iron in laundry room with washer and   
dryer.  This unit also has a ceiling fan in each room.

Activities and Attractions

Only 10 miles from Siesta Key Beaches, St. Armands Circle, Longboat   
Key and Downtown Sarasota.  And only 5 minutes from the   
Sarasota/Bradenton airport and I-75.  This unit does not come with   
golf priveleges but you can purchase a 60 day golf temporary   
membership with the country club for $1500.  Also just minutes from   
many other great golf courses in the area.  
Local places of interest include Mote Marine aquarium, Jungle   
Gardens, Van Wezel Performing Arts Theatre and the John and Mable   
Ringling Museum.
