Not a condo for four

The pictures online of this condo are very deceiving. It is very small. The bed and the pull out sofa are wall to wall. If you pull out the couch to make a bed you have to climb from the end of both just to get in the bed. The bed was 4 ft high which made it difficult to get onto anyway. Linens provided does not mean enough for 3 people for an entire week. I was told to hang them up and reuse them again. That's just not very sanitary in my book. There was a washing machine and dryer around the corner that cost to use and was always full. The place was decorated, but too much decoration in my book. There was no place to store anything or put your luggage or clothes in. The lighthouse on the wall above the bed stuck out so far that I hit my head on it when just trying to sit on the couch. The place was not very clean either. There was food and other things under the bed. When you pay a cleaning fee you should expect it to at least be clean. On the positive side, the pool and deck area was very nice. This would be an okay room for two people, but not for a family.

Owners response: The condo is advetised for 2 - 4 guests. And the condo is set out with linens for 4 guests. The condo is always cleaned and inspected before and after each use. The bed is high due to the very luxurious pillow top bed and extra deep bed springs, which makes the bed extremely confortable. The condo is decorated in a Lighthouse theme to which all other guests have complimented and enjoyed. This guest arrived on Sunday afternoon and on Monday morning called before 8am to request more towels expecting clean towels for each day. We told her where the other towels were kept and told her we do not provide a new set of towels for each day and where the coin laundry was located. There is another set of available linens in the condo which this guest did use, in fact the count on the towels used was 10 towels, which is the total amount of towels kept in that unit. As far as her comment re: food and other things under the bed, I absoluting disagree as the space under the bed is only 4 inches and is vaccumed with a canister vaccume each and every time. I know this as I personally inspect the unit before each renter and I have never found anything under the bed.

Charming Condo

We stayed at this condo during our April vacation and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and cozy. The pools and grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The atmosphere was fun and exciting. I will recommend this condo to all my friends.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
