Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed in the master room and two queen size beds in the guest room. Maximum occupancy 6 persons. Enjoy the comforts of this beautiful remodeled and decorated unit in the family oriented property of The Beach House Condominium.

Centered in the middle of SPI beaches and night life is only blocks away. The 3 building complex with private entry features two pools and the people within are either resident owners or rental guests. Views are great from the bedroom and living/kitchen rooms and the condo was equipped with everything you needed as if you were at home. Cecila was awesome to work with. We only spoke once on the phone and all other communication was done through email. Actual agreement document was very simple and in fact I never received an executed copy. Just goes to show how honest the owner is. Highly recommend this place and its owner.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car

This was a wonderful rental place. Our family (two girls, age 11 and 14)loved their bedroom. Everything you need for the beach was provided for: Umbrellas, mats, toys,board games...even a grill. The view was marvelous and we enjoyed waking up in the master bedroom and looking over the ocean! This condo was very tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. It has a gated parking area and feels very safe.Restaurants are in walking distance and the beach has two bars we could walk to as well. We loved the three (!) flat-screen TVs with DVD players and the over 80(!)DVD movies available to us. Except for Memorial Day weekend (you can watch the fireworks on Fridays from the condo)we had the beach to ourselves. We would always go back there. Las Cruces

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

This property is very spacious, clean and well kept. I appreciate the fact that the owner does not rent it out to "spring breakers!" That may explain why the furnishings are so nice. I would recommend this property. It faces beachside, has nice pools and hot tub. The owner is very easy to work with. The guy that manages the property though is very hard to understand on the phone, but friendly.

Recommended for: people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
