You are just a .5 walking distance to the association's 2nd larger pool... The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe closet, en-suite bathroom and shower, and vanity units with his/her wash basins. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a large wardrobe closet.

The condominium is fully furnished and equipped with modern kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, and a garbage disposal system. As with the Lanai, the main living/dinning room faces south overlooking the lake and Golf course. The living/dinning area has two (2) large sliding glass doors that open up to your own private wall enclosed patio. 

 Sliding glass door off the master and guest bedrooms lead to your own patio with gas grill. From this patio you are connected to the laundry room where the washer/dryer is located. 

Monthly rental fee includes all except $100.00 cleaning fee at the end of your stay. 

Unit has 3 TV's, WIFI internet access, DVD player, and a surround sound awesome ceiling stereo system (control of speaker location).

Immaculate, well maintained unit with (3) rooms just recently renovated to match the hardwood floors, leather couches, automatically controled curtains, etc...

Involved owners with a maintenance person in the field who works within the PCC to take care of any needs.

If you have energy to spare, there are many walking and biking trails at the plantation.
