Fernandina Cay is a small complex, only 12 units, with great ocean views. It is near to Fort Clinch and the Historic Downtown District. This condo is an end unit, the desirable south end, second floor location with a private elevator to the unit's foyer. Fernandina Cay was built in 2004, practically new. This unit has 1921 square feet, roomy, comfortable, and is very nicely decorated. The decor is beachy and well coordinated, with an open and spacious feeling. There are two queen beds and 1 queen daybed. The bottom floor of the complex is for parking and storage. A large balcony overlooks the ocean and has an outdoor grill for entertaining. It overlooks Main Beach and is near to several very good restaurants.

It has its own washer/dryer for convenience. All linens are furnished and there are ceiling fans in each room.

activities and attractions in Amelia Island Atlantic Coast North
This complex is a short walk or bike ride to the Nature Trails of Fort Clinch or other bike riding areas on the Island. Fishing, kayaking, walking, jogging, swimming, Putt Putt Golf, an Island Theatre, Golfing, Tennis--all are here for your enjoyment. There are even summer camps throughout the season.
Charter Boat Fishing is popular, as are surfing, jet skiing, parasailing. A great local museum is near for the history lovers and shopping is plentiful.

The lower rates are for off seasons of the year and the highest are for peak times. Sometimes rates are negotiable, depending on the number of people occupying the unit. Applicable taxes are collected and a $100 cleaning fee is charged.
A pet fee of $100 is required and only small, non-shedding dogs are permitted.
