Clean and cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located at Season 4 complex. Unit is close to all amenities including pool, spa, sauna, ping pong and pool table. Shuttle stop conveniently located accross the street.
Features include 37" flat screen tv and DVD with HD and Digital service in the family room. TV and DVD in master bath and TV in second bedroom. Watch football in HD. Sports channels include NFL Network, Golf Channel and several ESPN channels. For the kids, there is Disney, Nick Jr. Nick Toon, Teen Nick, and Disney XD. HBO included in family room.
Unit has been recently remodeled with updated kitchen cabinets/flooring; bathrooms recently remodeled with granite counters, maple cabinets and flooring; living room has new sofa, loveseat and chair, bedrooms have new bedding and window coverings.
NEW FOR 2012-2013 Season:
- DVR in family room. Now you can ski all day and record the playoffs

- New Carpet Installed October 2011

Master bedroom has a king bed.

Winter Rates: $269/nt. with 2 night minimum
Winter Holiday Rates: $342/nt. with 3 night minimum
*Holiday periods are Christmas - New Years, MLK Weekend, Presidents Day Weekend with a 3 night minimums. Advanced reservations (21+ days) for Christmas requires a 4 night minimum stay.
Summer Rates: $169/nt. 2 night minimum.
Cleaning Fee: $75
Winter rates begin November 8, 2012.

All rentals are subject to TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) rate of 13%.
I have a Town of Mammoth Lakes Business License and must charge and submit the TOT for all rentals. All reputable businesses are required to charge TOT.

Credit cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard. American Express via paypal only.
Please note: Payment by cash, check, and paypal requires a refundable security deposit. Payment by direct credit card processing requires additional cc authorization, but no charge to the account (Same as what hotels do for a stay).
