Additional Terms:

•  A $500 refundable damage deposit required at time of booking.
•  A rental deposit (1/2 of rent) is also required and must be received by landlord within 7 days of booking to hold reservation.
• There will be no refunds on cancellation within 14 days of rental period.
• Bookings of less than 30 days are subject to local sales taxes (14.5%).
• This is a NON SMOKING and NO PETS duplex.

Damage deposit will be mailed within 15 days of departure.
