Note: Rates can be change without previous notice 
 
- $750 - 950 per week ; $150 per additional night ; $2,200 per month 
- A $150.00 of rent deposit ( Non- Refundable) is required to  
confirmed the reservation. 
- Sleeps 10  
- Ck- in 12:00 AM - Ck Out 11:00 AM Late ck. out $50.00 fee until  
2:30 PM 
 
Payment Method- Manager Checks, Money Orders, Cash, Traveler Checks,   
Major Credit cards accepted with Pay Pal , Please add 3%. 
Additional costs per week due at check-In: 
 
- A $100.00 Security Deposit (Refundable)It will be returned before  
three working days of the check out date.  
- A $50.00  weekly  or weekend Electricity Fee  (Non-refundable) 
- A $50.00 Cleaning fee (Non-Refundable) 
 
Customer care: We meet you at your car rental and escort you to our  
property. Boat fishing charting available if possible.
