Built as a vacation home and designed for privacy, Serenity Villa residents enjoy peace and quiet as well as the luxury of being pampered by a full staff. But don't worry, there is plenty to see and do just minutes from the villa. That's what makes Serenity Villa a truly unique villa experience.

Once you step into the spacious 30-foot octagonal great room with Italian marble floors and a 50-foot pagoda ceiling, you will begin to feel the peace and serenity of the island wash over you! Enjoy the view of the surrounding country side while Reggae music plays from the stereo system and the live-in staff serves you drinks from the wet bar.

Serenity is about 20 minutes from Ocho Rios.  There are many activities and attractions that are within 30 minute drive including:

Gardens, horse back riding, zip lining, golf, spas, chapel, river rafting and tubing, hiking, Duns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, lots of shopping and dining.

vacation rental rates

The villa rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.  Shorter or longer stays are possilbe based on availability.

Low season rates per week are in effect April 15 to December 14  ($2900)

High season rates per week are in effect December 15 to April 14 (3900)

Rental rates include use of the entire villa; three staff (a cook, a driver, a housekeeper) and a nightly security guard; all linens including beach towels; use of a complimentary vehicle.

Serenity villas really lived up to it's name. My family and i could not have asked for a more private,scenic, well maintained, quite and gorgeous location.Once you arrived the breathe taking view of the main room and the ocean view leaves you speechless. The grounds were well manicured and the fragrance of the fruit trees was so aromatic and pleasurable.Needless to say that the pictures did the place justice and it is exactly what was offered. The owner had excellent communication skills and was easy to have a conversation with and communicate with. The staff was very accomodating.They assisted whenever possible and was always ready for the next challenge.This villas is really the ulitmate getaway Jamaican experience and it would only prolong your longevity by residing at this real Island secret paradise for the duration of your Jamacian vacation.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Prior to our stay at the lovely Serenity Villa I had always vacationed at all inclusive resorts. I am now a firm convert to the "villa" vacation. The villa itself was exactly as portrayed in the description and pictures. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained and the villa was very clean and hospitable. The staff made the holiday for my family & myself. I was holidaying with my two grown daughters & their partners so having Chris (our driver) at our disposal for taking various day trips was excellent. Chris was extremely helpful in helping select restaurants (the Spring Garden is a must for seafood lovers) and co-ordinating daytrips to suit our varied tastes (arranged surfing for the kids while the less adventerous of us enjoyed a river rafting tour). Ritchie (our night watchman) kept us feeling safe & secure & was also our "techie guy". He was very knowledgable about Jamaica. June (our cook) and Shernette (our housekeeper) kept us well fed & tidy (lovely to come back to the villa to clean laundry). June was extremely accomodating, supplying us with meals to suit our ever changing schedules. Georgia (the owner of the villa) was helpfull & straighforward--very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Serenity Villa (in fact have already done so to many people -- perfect for families or 3 couples looking to connect with Jamaica on a closer level than staying at a resort).

we have just returned from a one week stay at villa serenity. it was all we had expected from the description, and more! the house itself is big and comfortable, and its location on the hilltop looking over the ocean is ideal. there are very few other houses on the hill (none in the immediate vicinity), so you really do have a private piece of paradise all to yourself. the pool is actually quite large and inviting, and was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay, and the grounds have wonderful flowers and birds to admire. the porch area is very comfortable and perfect for lounging during any passing rain showers. the staff at the house is really welcoming and helpful. the cook prepares delicious food, three meals a day, and is very accommodating with special dietary needs. they really do make everything easy, without inserting themselves into your space at all. there are several great beaches very close to the house, and they are very easy to get to by car. we really enjoyed every minute of our stay at villa serenity and would not hesitate to plan another vacation there in the future.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway
