Our home is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood between Port Charlotte and Englewood with easy access to gulf beaches, shops, fishing, and golf.
Our home has three bedrooms, two baths, full air conditioning, and a private electrically heated pool. We are fully tiled throughout and are equipped for six people. The lounge is a comfortable size with TV, VCR, and DVD. The dining area overlooks the pool. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, etc. There is a radio with a CD player. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the garage. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom is a large room with a walk in closet for clothes. There is an en-suite shower room with hair dryer for your personal use. The room is fully furnished and has a satellite TV. The two other bedrooms are also fully furnished and have walk-in closets. One is a double the other is a twin. Both bedrooms share the second bathroom. The bedrooms all have bedding, towels, and face cloths.
