A large very well located, close to the beach, 2 bedroom, cottage withh a large eat-in kichen, large fire-placed living room, 3 season porch with bunks, spare second refridgerator, with seating and a recently renovated full size bath. Cozy but spacious out of the way with a 50's theme decorated beach cottage only a minute to the beach and attractions. Has parking for 3-4 , large patio cook-out gathering area with umbrellaed table, chairs and picnic table. An out-door shower, cloths line, pull out couch in the living room and that 3 season porch with a set of bunks for those extra drop-ins. Large lot for parking off street.

Everything you need for a great vacation. Micro-Wave, Full size Stove w/Oven, Dishwaher, Toaster, Blender, eating utensils for at least 8, including pots & pans and even a lobster pot. Good sized refridgerator with freezer with an extra Refridgerator on the porch. There's an old-fashioned wagon for hauling your beach stuff. Has an out-door shower and a clothes line for towels and beach blankets. Bedding has mattresses and pillow  covers. One Queen bed in each bedroom and full size pull-out couch in living room. One set of Bunk-beds in 3-season porch with a twin size bed in bottom bunk. Queen beds (2) have either slip covers or comforters. We have no cleaning service charges but we supply all you need to leave the cottage clean and re-rentable condition the way you found it. 

Walk to Short Sands Beach and all the downtown attractions such as the Wild Kingdom, Bowladrome, Funarama and many shops and fine restaurants. There's an in-expensive convienient laundermat in the downtown area. This cottage is walkable to everything available local, only steps from Short Sands Beach as well as about a 10 minute walk to Long Sands Beach. Only a short drive to Kittery Outlets, Perkins Cove and Ogunquit. Also close to Charter Fishing Boats, Water Sports Rentals, Golfing or just about anything you'd like to do for in-expensive fun for all! Great Location!

July & August     $1800. per week plus 7% Maine Tax

June & Sept.      $1200. per week plus 7% Maine Tax

$300. deposit required to hold date and to confirm your rental and compliance with your rental agreement conditions. No cleaning fees if you leave the unit "clean & re-rentable" as found. Cottage has all needed cleaning supplies, vac, & trash bags are supplied.

Rates do not include the 7% Maine Loging Tax which would be added.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday-Check-in 3PM Check-out 10AM Sorry no early check-ins or late check-outs. 

No personal linens are supplied. Pillows & Pillow covers, mattress covers, & bed spreads are supplied. Linen rental services are available, ask for company name if needed.
