exclusive gated community of "The Shores". 
 
2-person kayak available for your use during your stay.

Activities and Attractions

This is a year-round getaway. The White Mountains community offers  
year-round activities: Winter skiing (both downhill and cross  
country) and snowboarding, boating and hiking in the Summer, fishing  
and golfing in both the Spring and Fall... just for starters!

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season: (October - April) 
Nightly: 
$145 per night for 2 guests week nights.  $155 weekends (Fri. through Sun. nights)  
$10 per night per additional guest, maximum of 8 (including all children).   
 
Weekly: (7 nights) 
$900 for 2 guests.  $10 per night per additional guest, maximum of  
8 (including all children).   
 
Peak Summer Season: (May - September) 
Nightly: 
$155 per night for 2 guests week nights.  $165 weekends (Fri. through Sun. nights)  
$10 per night per additional guest, maximum of 8 (including all children).   
 
Weekly: (7 nights) 
$970 for 2 guests.  $10 per night per additional guest, maximum of  
8 (including all children).  
 
Holiday rates are somewhat higher.  Please inquire. 
 
Two night minimum stay and three nights for holidays (except  
Thanksgiving and New Years which require four nights and Christmas  
which is a minimum one week stay). There is a week minimum during June,  
July and August.  Nightly stays are only booked two weeks in advance.  
  
There is a $75 cleaning fee and $300 refundable security deposit.
