Off Season: (October - April)
Nightly:
$155 per night for 2 guests week nights. $185 weekends (Fri. and Sat. nights)
2 night minimum stay.
$10 per night per additional guest, maximum of 8 (including all children).
Weekly: (7 nights)
$1050 for 2 guests. $10 per night per additional guest, maximum of
8 (including all children).
Peak Summer Season: (May - September)
Nightly:
$175 per night for 2 guests week nights. $195 weekends (Fri. and Sat. nights)
$10 per night per additional guest, maximum of 8 (including all children).
Weekly: (7 nights)
$1110 for 2 guests. $10 per night per additional guest, maximum of
8 (including all children).
Holiday rates are somewhat higher. Please inquire.
Two night minimum stay and three nights for holidays (except
Thanksgiving and New Years which require four nights and Christmas
which is a minimum one week stay). There is a week minimum during June,
July and August. Nightly stays are only booked two weeks in advance.
There is a $75 cleaning fee and $300 refundable security deposit.
