Relax in this very private large home nestled among large pine trees
with a flowing year-round brook alongside the property. It is
conveniently located; walking distance to Heavenly Ski Resort and a
20 minute drive to Sierra Ski Ranch. From the house it is a three
minute drive to the casinos. You can walk to hiking trails and it
is only a 15 minute walk to Lake Tahoe and the beach. We've recently
replaced the carpet, all of the furniture, appliance & linens, the
hot tub is new and Big!! with a built in stereo, and we just
remodeled the kitchen (picture below). Great Place!!
This home features a nice new Jacuzzi hot tub on the large deck and
a gas barbecue. Enjoy watching digital cable in the spacious living
room or the 2nd floor den for the kids. Washer & drier are brand
new also. Linen and towels are supplied with housekeeping services
available on request.

Six comfortable bedrooms, three full baths, deck, hottub,
washer/drier... This house is perfect for the awesome ski trip or
relaxing family getaway. Bed arrangement is one king, two queen
beds, six twin beds and one roll-away. High-speed internet and free
calling inside the U.S. also.

Walk to Heavenly Ski Resort!! What more do I need to say? The lake
and beach are a straight shot down Ski Run Blvd (12 min. walk, 2
min. drive if you catch the light) with gaming at the casinos only
three minutes away! Great restaurants, boat & jetski rentals at the
lake, some of the most lovely hiking in the world. Truly an
wonderful home in an extraordinary locale.

Rates vary from $375 per night during the low season (Sep 10 to Dec
15) with a two night minimum to $500 to $700 per night with a three
night minimum during Holiday/Ski season. Last minute booking or mid-
week-only discount is 10% off depending on availability. This is
the best deal in town for a home of this size!! To reserve the home
I require 50% of the rents with the remainder of rents plus security
deposit and housekeeping to follow no later than 30 days prior to
your arrival (45 or 60 days for ski season or holidays). 50% of
reservation deposit along with 100% of security deposit &
housekeeping refunded if cancelled up to 30 days prior to your
arrival (45/60 for ski/holiday) with no refund of reservation
deposit if cancelled inside those timeframes.
