 Fully furnished ground level 2 bedroom rental. Bedrooms - 1 queen, 1
double.  Queen sofa sleeper in livingroom.  
Has full kitchen w/dishwasher.  Laundryroom w/washer and dryer.
Bedding and towels provided.  TV & DVD in livingroom (satellite) and
one in bedroom (antenna). Own telephone w/private line.Free long 
distance (w/in the U.S.).
Has pool table and outside basketball hoop w/ cement slab.
Own private patio with gas grill, picnic table and outdoor furniture.
Private driveway with plenty of space for parking. DSL available.
No smoking inside.
Our place is year around accessible.  Driveway always plowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Overlooking Keuka Lake.  4.3 miles to Hammondsport, NY . Minutes
from lake and numerous wineries.  We own acres of grapes, which 
you can see and smell in the Fall.  

Activities and Attractions

Plenty of room in the region to hike or bicycle.  Keuka Lake has
swimming and boating.   also boat launch areas.  The marinas have
boat and jet ski rentals.
There are museums to see, concerts going on and daily
cruises on the lake for dining and scenic enjoyment.
There are over 20 wineries in our area to visit.

Vacation Rental Rates

June - August $800.00 per week.
September - October $700.00 per week, or $150.00 per night (2 night
                                                            minimum)
November - till June willing to rent by the month (discuss price 
w/owners.),or by the week or a minimum of 2 night stay at $150.00
per night.
