The Lakehouse in Lake Anna

This waterfront chalet on Lake Anna's private side sits in quiet cove and provides a true getaway. The home is pet friendly and is equipped with a separate room for your pups including a doggie-door and outdoor romping area. The back patio leads to a private lagoon-style pool, koi ponds and lush landscaping. There is also a private pier on this waterfront lot. The inside has 3 full bedrooms with private baths and one 1/2 bath on the main floor, living room, den, open kitchen/dining area, and many more upgrades. Linens are provided and the kitchen and grilling area are fully equipped. Upstairs master with king bed, main floor master with king and twin, lower level bedroom has 1 queen and rec room has an extra twin.  *Please check dates with owner, calendar may not always be current!*

Amenities include: 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths, all linens, coffee pot, toaster, blender, large screen tv and dvr, washer/dryer, separate pet quarters with doggie door and shower, fully equipped kitchen and bbq area, private lagoon-style pool, private pier, soaking tub/separate shower

Local restaraunts include Big Cheese Pizza, Chinese, Subway, Aian Cafe and Sushi Bar, Not Just Mochas Coffee Shop, Ally's on the Lake, Lake Anna Winery, New this season-Tim's Rivershore Restaraunt, many marinas, Food Lion, ABC store. A detailed list will be availalbe in the home.

Rates are based on Peak and Off Peak seasons.

Peak season is from Memorial Day through Labor Day and is 360.00 per night or 2,500.00 per week. All other dates are 300.00 per night and 2,000.00 per week. Monthly rentals may be considered during off-peak season..

There is a 100.00 cleaning fee.

A 50% deposit is required to secure booking and the remaining 50% plus cleaning fee is required 30 days prior to check in date.

We do offer Pay Pal and accept personal checks. Bookings are not secured until checks clear.
