Comfortable rooms, 2740 sq.ft. of living area, private dock on Clark Hill/Thurmond Lake (a corps of engineers lake, one of the largest inland bodies of water in the south with 1200 miles of shoreline, more than 100 islands covering 70,000 acres), private stocked fish pond.
Enjoy the lake, walk in the woods, fish, swim, boat, golf or just relax. 3 bikes on the property to use, piano and exercise equipment at the home. Wilderness recreation area & wild turkey reserve just a mile away with 12 miles of horse trails.
