The lanai features seating for four around a spacious table and off the lanai is a new stackable washer dryer unit. The lanai further offers private screened area for your comfort plus hurricane shutters.

There are historical landmarks nearby also for example Henry Ford's house and Thomas Edison plus nature trails all type activites can be found close by or enjoy peace and quiet of the community and daily walks.
