Activities on both land and sea abound in the area surrounding the villa. Water lovers can enjoy sport fishing, white water rafting, sea kayaking, jet-ski safaris, scuba diving and snorkeling tours. Dolphin watching and sunset cruises allow guests to relax while enjoying the water. Particularly famous for its waves, Costa Rica is also a favorite destination for surfers. Several of the closest beaches to the villa, such as Playa Avellana and Playa Negra, are well known for their surf breaks.
Land lovers will indeed find a rich land to discover and many ways to discover it, including canopy tours, hiking, and horseback riding, just to name a few. Bird watching is another favorite activity for visitors to this part of Costa Rica.

A 50% deposit is required to book. The balance is due 30 days prior to date of occupancy.

A $1000 security deposit is due one week before arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable upon checkout provided no damages have been incurred to the villa or its grounds.

Payment for the rental is required in full before arrival.
