Located on the Seawall across from the beach & fishing pier. Just a 2 mile drive to Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens with Imax Theatre & Rainforest.
2 nice huge pools (one heated), 2 newly renovated Hot Tubs.
Electronics - -4 flat screen tv's, 3 dvd players, Xbox with several games
The condo sleeps 9. It has 2 private queen bedrooms, another semi-private bedroom for the kids with a twin over full sized bunk bed (please note that maximum weight for top bunk is 120 lbs) and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen includes a medium sized fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, Extra large convection oven (Large enough to cook a pizza or anything in a 9X13 pan), microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, cooking untensils etc etc. We supply the coffee, creamer, filters and sugar free of charge.
We also provide all linens/pillows/towels/toiletries free of charge.
No smoking is allowed inside of the condo. Smoking is permitted outside or on the balcony.

We require a $200 deposit which is fully refunded within a week after your stay as long as nothing is left damaged or missing or excess cleaning is needed.
NO other fees such as parking, cleaning, bed linen, reservation etc.
Rates do not include tax.
