Walk to beautiful lake with no motor boats allowed. This home is a great home to share with two families even on a rainy day!

10 minutes from Cranberry Valley Public Golf Course, 5 minute walk to lake, 1 mile from nearest beach in Harwich (16 beaches in Harwich). 5 minute drive to Super Stop and Shop, theatre, go karts, bumper boats, Minor league Cape Cod league baseball (right down the road on 39) along with public park, tennis courts. The neighborhood is a wonderful neighborhood to walk with family too. Great local restaurants are only 10 minute drive from the house.
