August-April: $1,000-2,500 per week. Excluding holiday weekends/weeks. Nightly rental rate $250, 3-night min. $3,000 per month September-April 
Holiday's: $2,500 per week. Weekly rentals only please. Labor Day, Memorial, and 4th of July week/weekend. 


$225 Cleaning Deposit is nonrefundable. $500 security deposit, refundable if no damage is present. Entire rental amount must be received two weeks prior to check in date. Check in and Check out 12 noon. Please know that times may vary in busy season.
