Vacation Rental Rates

2900 per week.................... jun july aug ( except july 4 and memorial weekend - $3900) 
3900 per week.................... all the winter months 
6900 new years eve week.......... 
4900 wmc  (music conference)..... 
3900 boat show................... 
(this week rentals have taxes and cleanning fee included ,no extra charges) 
 
6 months to a year contracts $5750 per month ( no furniture ) 
or 3 months contracts for $6750 with furniture 
both this you pay utilities 
 
half of the payment needs to be received to reserve the property. 
the other half needs to clear when you check in (cash the same day or check 10 days before) 
also i require a $2000 dollars deposit but this security deposit can be a check that i will not cash  
right away and if the property is return in the same condition i will give this check back to you in  
the end of the rental agreement. 
check in time is at 3 pm and check out time at 11  am.  
 
2000 security deposite required in all kinds of rentals.
