and THE PLACE TO BE for fun in the sun!  Hermosa means beautiful in Spanish and it is truly one of  
the most beautiful beaches in Sunny California.  Hermosa Beach is conveniently located 7 miles south  
of LAX (Los Angeles International Airport).  
 
You are literally steps away from the Strand and beach, Pier Plaza and the Pier are three short  
blocks away.  You'll find incredible restaurants and shopping.  You are in  
walking distance to the best of what Hermosa Beach offers. 
 
This remodeled condominium, on the first floor, is one level.  Have your morning coffee on  
the balcony overlooking the ocean and Pier view.  The unit is clean and well maintained.    
 
Contemporary upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, including Black granite, stainless steel,  
new Jenn Air appliances, chrome bathroom faucets and maple hardwood floors throughout.  
 
There are two bedrooms, living/dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar. 
 
The master bedroom has a Queen size mattress.  The bathroom has a sink and shower.  Built in chest of  
drawers in the closet.   
 
The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Built in chest of drawers in the closet.  The  
2nd bedroom's bathroom is directly across the hall with a jacuzzi tub with chromotherapy (colored  
lights),shower head and top mounted sink. 
 
There is a full kitchen with new cabinets, refrigerator with ice maker, stovetop burners,  
full size oven and dishwasher. Other kitchen amenities include a microwave, coffee maker, toaster  
teapot and blender.

Cruise the strand on a Beach Cruiser - bike rentals nearby. 
Roller blading and roller skating - rentals for skates nearby. 
Or simply walk on the Strand or out to the Pier.  The Strand is a great place to people watch and see  
the sights of the beach.
