The Pointe in Parker

The house is located in a gated community where the houses are on canals that go out to the Colorado River. It is ideally located on the main canal that connects to the river. It is at a fork in the canals creating a large body of water in front of the house. This makes for easier manuevering of boats. A very large patio and huge wrap around dock make for more enjoyable outdoor living. 5mph speed in the canals make for safe swimming at the house and safe mooring for vessels. The 120' dock is private and belongs to the house. There is 60' on one side and 40' on the other of usable space for mooring. 

The house is fully furnished and stocked. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, crock pot, dishes, utensils, serving dishes, seving utensils, gas bbq, large flat screen tv with DVD and cable, CD stereo, linens, and bathing towels. Wireless internet service is also available. There is air conditioning in the summer and a fireplace or heater in the winter. There are 2 queen size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and a king size bed in the master. The patio has patio furniture and a large palapa and trees for shade. The dock has a ladder off the front and a ramp at the back making access to the water possible for any age. This house is located right across the canal from my other house #72478 (Park Place) making it nice for larger groups to all be together.

Since the house is connected to the Colorado river, water sports are the order of the day. The Parker Strip is wide and deep with few sand bars to worry about. Since the house has easy access to the river you can go out for the day or just for an hour. There are also bars located along the shoreline. There is also the Blue Water casino at one end of the Parker strip or Buckskin state park at the other end. When the weather is cooler there is a very nice golf course near by. There are also a lot of off road trails to explore in the winter. There is also Lake Havasu about an hour away with the famous London Bridge.

The regular rate is $375 a night with a 3 night minimum plus cleaning fee.

The holiday rate is $450 a night with a 4 night minimum plus cleaning fee. Holidays include Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Tube Float, and Feb and Oct off road races

Weekly discount-$50 a night off the regular rate (for 7 nights using one weekend). 

A monthly rate of $1650 plus cleaning fee is only available in the winter
