This beach cottage is the perfect Santa Barbara vacation home for those desiring a sweet beach escape. This cottage was completely renovated and re-decorated in 2010 and is the perfect destination for a couple or small family. This cozy retreat offers walking distance to the beach, minutes to downtown and much more!
The kitchen has all new appliances, and is fully stocked with everything a fine chef needs. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room which is tastefully appointed with quality beach furnishings and a large HD television. The backyard features a Jacuzzi, a brand new, stainless steel, gas BBQ and plenty of comfortable seating for a family BBQ or romantic dinner.
The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private entrance that leads to the Jacuzzi. It also includes a flat screen TV and DVD player. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with queen bed. Both are perfect rooms for kids, or couples. The home has 1 ½ baths and a washer/dryer for your use. This home is also pet friendly.
